Tianjin Juyou Bicycle Co.,Ltd is specialized in designing,producing and selling Aluminum Alloy and HI-TEN bicycle frame & fork,Aluminum Alloy E-BIKE frame,Our brand is Jauble,we are one the largest frame and fork manufacturer in China,It is located in Industrial & Trade New City,Wangqingtuo Town,Wuqing District, Tianjin,surrounded by Tianjin-Shanghai expressway,Tianjin-Baoding expressway and 112 national road,The location is superior and the transportation is convenient,,which is about 100kilometers to Tianjin port. Our company was established in 2002,with an area of 39000 square meters.we have 50 technicians and 500 workers,the annual production capacity is 2,000,000 sets,the number of Aluminum Alloy bicycle frame & fork is 500,000 sets,the number of HI-TEN bicycle frame & fork is 1,200,000 sets,and the number of Aluminum Alloy E-BIKE frame is 500,000sets. Our company have been adopting the full sets of equipment of Taiwan Ruichi,Xudong,Canghai and Japaness pulse argon arc welding machine.using AUTOCAD drawing and CNC machine.we use the new smooth welding skill to make the Aluminum Alloy frame and fork welding similar apperance as carbon fiber.the precision is soo high to make the tolerance 0.25mm.we passed the ISO9001:2000 quality control certification.we are the unit of China Bicycle Association and the top hundred enterprises of China Bicycle & E-BIKE Spare Parts.
